How to Play 90 Ball Bingo

90 ball bingoI personally believe that 90 ball bingo is so well loved and entrenched into British culture that babies are born knowing how to play this simplest of, yet most exciting game. But perhaps not; and perhaps you are unsure of how to proceed when playing 90 ball bingo. If you are, and are looking for a bit of a guideline, we shall attempt to assist.

Like all variations the 90 ball version is played on a card or ticket which is designed like a grid. As the 90 ball bingo card has only three rows and nine columns, this game cannot be played in a pattern format like the other versions can. However it is just as much fun to play and is traditionally the best loved game in the UK.

Each column is designated for a certain series of number, the first being from 1 – 10, so number in this group will appear here. Second column is 11 to 20, this is 21 – 30, and so on. In other words if a number is printed on the card and it is within the confines of the ranges, it will always be found in the same column. Not that this really matter when you are playing online bingo as the number are automatically daubed, but it does pay to know this in the land based version.

Winning takes place when one line of numbers has be daubed in one row, the first person to get this wins the 1 line prize. The second winner is the person to cross off 2 lines of numbers and the third winner is the person with a Full house or all the numbers dabbed. The theory is that this is when you stand up and shout “BINGO”.

This is really as complex as it gets when playing online or any other kind of 90 ball bingo for that matter. It is simple, exciting and offers three opportunities to win. The really lucky players may even win, one line, two lines and full house, so let’s hope you are one of these.
